(February 23, 2019, 8:11 pm)The Kate Spade at Napa Premium Outlets store was excellent! The manager and sales team were excellent! I had a damaged item and they were able to exchange it, no questions asked. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location!

(February 15, 2019, 1:58 pm)Always changing, close to others shops, prices reflect current trends. Clerks have dumped the attitudes for happiness to work? Cool. It's about time. I looked at my watch, it took 8 years since last time. The bathrooms were clean, the store floors were clean in a rainstorm, and there were sales!
