  Great experience. The wine was lovely and our guide was so friendly. It was like talking to a buddy, and not someone who was trying to sell us wine. We had a lot of fun exploring the grounds and relaxing on the patio. Wonderful place!! Would highly recommend.

  Located on Spring Mountain, Sherwin Family Vineyards is my absolute favorite winery to visit. Their Estate Cabernet Sauvignon can compete with any of the big cabs in the Spring Mountain District and their Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is even better. Home of the Patriotic Pour, their etched flag bottles are works of art. The tasting room at Sherwin Family Vineyards is beautifully decorated. Their hostess Donna is warm and welcoming. We’ve visited several times and have even enjoyed tasting while having lunch at their pick nick tables that we brought up from Dean and Deluca. Located just up the hill from the town of St. Helena, Sherwin Family Vineyards is one of the Spring Mountain District’s truest wineries and wine tasting experiences. They have a red blend called Cellar Scraps which is one of St. Helena’s best kept secrets.
