The Auto & Tire Doctor

This place was great the customer service was very nice and friendly they had my old work truck in and out they told me it was going to be about 3 hours it was just under two. I had a couple of tires put on and an oil change and they even went as far as to top off my wiper fluid which I don't think I have ever used and I left little candies in the cupholder. I'll definitely be back I'm going to need brakes coming up and some other maintenance and they're going to be the people I pick the prices were really affordable and it wasn't too hard of a place to find. They just got a repeat customer

We got our oil changed in grass valley and drove to Truckee for a doctors appointment. We found out light for low oil had piped on and rushed over to Auto &Tire Doctor. They found my local lube place didn’t install an o-ring on my filter housing. It was late in the day minutes before they were to close. But they promptly pushed my truck to get it on the rack and fixed. I was very grateful for their quick work and willingness to take the time at the end of the day to take care of my truck so my daughter and I wouldn’t be stranded. Then came the bill. I was expecting to pay for materials plus at least an hours worth of labor, and would have without hesitation. They charged me for the parts needed and wished me safe journeys. I wish I lived in Truckee, because if I did they would be my go to shop every time. Thank you.

Amazing experience, highly recommend!! I needed emergency brake/rotor repair while on vacation traveling from Oregon. This shop went above and beyond to get my vehicle up and running. Thanks to them my family and I were able to continue our vacation.
