  I participated in the 6 week challenge and with Patrick, Myra, Kevin and Taylor it was an incredible journey. The team here is really committed to your success and they almost make sure that you put in the required efforts for the desired results.
  
  The challenge is indeed free, if you win it, and to win the challenge all you have to do is follow the simple directions that have been given to you. In any program, your commitment and involvement is an absolute necessity for any results but the team here at Pacific Park will push you at every step so that you get desired results.
  
  I had a great time at Pacific Park and I would highly recommend this to everyone who is committed towards a long term and healthy weight loss.

  My family and I absolutely enjoy the community of PPF! We started with their 6 six challenge and came out with awesome results and became members because the owners (Myra and Patrick) and the coaches (Kevin and Taylor) were great. If you really want to see results give them a call! We hope to see PPF expand to other areas soon!

  I participated in the 6-week challenge here. Patrick and Myra were an incredible support system and kept things very well organized. Taylor, Kevin, and Skye are all phenomenal trainers and focus on form to make sure you're not only making progress but are doing the movement correctly and safely. I would recommend this program to everyone curious about it or looking to make a lifestyle change and be healthier.

  I truly enjoyed the Pacific Park Fitness' 6-week challenge. I feel it was organized, fun and personable. The coaches are very knowledgeable and accommodating - meaning they will find alternate exercises if you're unable to perform the designated ones for the day (I sprained my ankle 5 days before the challenge started and had a previous shoulder injury). Great place to go if you need to STICK to a diet and workout. I was very happy with the outcome and I know I would have never done it on my own and without their help. Definitely, invest in the time and effort, you won't be sorry.

  I absolutely loved being a part of Pacific park fitness. I started the 6 week challenge with them a little over 3 months ago. The help and support I received was above and beyond what I was hoping for. Myra,Patrick,Taylor and Kevin are such great motivators. Kevin was always pushing me to be my best ,which was so appreciated because it's exactly what I needed. I feel much stronger and healthier and I'm so grateful to these people .I would highly recommend Pacific park fitness !!!
