Love using McGraw Powersports. They are very easy to use and friendly. One of the few companies that do what they say they do and go above and beyond to make it happen for their customers.

McGraw Powersports is hands down the BEST warranty company I have ever dealt with. I have been in the F&I business for years and have relationships with many companies but Mcgraw Powersports has been a pleasure to work with. Their website is user friendly and their customer service is outstanding. They truly care about their customers and the dealerships that use them. Most importantly Regional Sales Manager Brent Pittman is absolutely amazing! I can call him anytime, any day even on a Saturday with any issue and he will answer his cell phone and help me with any question or concern that I may have. Excellent company!

I have been working with McGraw Powersports for nearly 7 years now. I take care of all of the warranty claims for our dealership. McGraw is customer-oriented on so many levels. I almost never see a blind denial of a claim, but rather a call from one of the claims team (Alan and Tony are the absolute best) to see how we can help the customer in some way. Sometimes that isn't possible (i.e. abuse and neglect), but the possibility for coverage is always discussed and the customer is never dismissed. I couldn't be happier with the business partnership that our dealership has with McGraw. Taking care of the customer is something we really aim for here and I know that they share that same goal.

From the products they offer, all the way to the customer service, this is a 5 star team. I’ve personally done business with them for almost a decade. Great coverage for your powersports products that can be used almost anywhere, at home or traveling to your favorite ride park. McGraw will get you back on the road, or trail with little to no hassle! Breakdown coverage, tire & wheel coverage, road side assistance, anti-theft devices, they have it all!

I have been working with McGraw Powersports for over 3 years. It is not an exaggeration to say they are the best in the industry for all your F&I products! Their website is easy to use, literally the easiest interface I have come across and my business office and service department feel the same way. There have been a couple instances when we have had upset customers because the service department didn’t explain a “wear and tear” item that was excluded; McGraw stepped up for us and took care of the claim. They offer every product on my menu so I can be quick and efficient with my customers. Shane and Brian are awesome and willing to go above and beyond for their dealers! I highly recommend signing up with them!
