(July 7, 2017, 4:11 pm)I was skeptical about this location from reading negative reviews, but I've now used their services twice and am very pleased by the friendliness of the staff. It always helps to have an appointment; otherwise, you might have to wait 45 minutes - an hour as I saw today. I have small veins and both phlebotomists I had were skilled and didn't blow my vein.
