  The pharmacy here has changed over the last year (for the better). The first 6 months I was going there, I had a very impersonal, corporate, uncaring experience 9 times out of 10.
  
  I used to dread having to pick up a "simple medication" like Antibiotics for my 3 year old son. But the last 6-7 months things seemed to have changed.
  
  The employees and pharmacists are quick to help, communicate well, and genuinely seem to care about their customers now. They are also much more plesent in general throughout.
  
  Now I enjoy going there, and will continue to do so,...provided they continue to provide exemplary service. So far so good.

  The CVS Pharmacy located on Weir Canyon Rd in Anaheim Hills is truly a wonderful, kind/caring, and compassionate pharmacy in comparison to ALL the other CVS pharmacies that I've been to in Orange County. I've been to so many CVS pharmacy locations all over Orange County, and this is the ONLY one that has gone out of their way and has ACTUALLY been helpful. I brought the pharmacist a prescription that I got from Minute Clinic, and the prescription didn't work for some reason and the pharmacist went out of her way and called them that night, again the next morning, and then again later on that afternoon to correct what was going on so she could give me my prescription. I've NEVER had a pharmacist do that for me, and I was surprised that the pharmacist went out of her way to make 3 phone calls all in one day so she could get my prescription to me immediately. This is the best customer service I've ever received, and I will definitely be coming back to this pharmacy again and again. Even if I end up moving to the other side of Orange County then I will travel to Anaheim Hills just so I can talk to the pharmacists here. That's how great the service was here in comparison to the other CVS pharmacy locations.
