  HIGHLY recommend this place We live in the 2 bedroom apt, dual master bedrooms and the living room in the middle. Perfect set up. The staff is amazing and maintenance is fast for any request. Very quiet and pool is never overpacked. Apartment units are updated and the walk in closets and really nice. Only downside I've had was the dog poop that people dont pick up !!! ???? Wish they would enforce this more or have someone pick it up since it cause flies to be around more. But Hampton does provide trash bag stations so it's just lazy people. Staff Nikkie & Brianna are super friendly, helpful and wonderful!! Overall great experience ????????????

  I moved into the community from out of state about 9 months ago. I feel so blessed to have chosen this place! The neighbors are quiet, it's in a great location (2 blocks from angel's stadium, next to the 5 freeway, and only 2 miles (at best) from Disneyland. The community staff are friendly and if anything needs maintenance, they fix it within a day. AND it is one of the few communities that has central air...that came in handy this summer for sure!
  
  The only complaint I have is the parking. They only grant 1 space per unit (even in a 2 bedroom unit), so my roommate and I have worked out a schedule where we trade off days who gets the parking spot. If I don't have the parking spot on a weekend night and I'm not home by 6 pm then there is no parking available- so I have to park it on the street and walk. It's a safe neighborhood and area- it's just an inconvenience...
  
  But since my roommate and I are happy with everything else, we are willing to put up with that and stay here

  Lived there for a few years. My favorite part of living there was the view of the Disneyland fireworks. I also enjoyed our neighbors around us. Great respectable tenants. Management changed far too often, so our payment records were always messed up. I would recommend ALWAYS asking for a receipt for rental payments!! Currently their management is FABULOUS under the watchful attentive and caring eyes of Danielle! She and her current staff are running an efficient office which I absolutely appreciate. I would recommend going in and speaking to her or her staff and taking a tour to see if this is a good fit for you for your new humble home!!
