Wonderful place. I was an international student in California and I lived there for a year. Very friendly staff especially Helen. Thank you guys.

I have been living here a few months now and this place is very lovely and spacious. It screams happy children and good vibes. However the staff in the office really make this place shine. Lexi, Helen, and Amitty were super helpful and kind and understanding. However this review isn’t about them it’s about the superstar that Lexi is! I had to wait for the wash cards to reload at this place so I haven’t washed since I got here. I was under the impression that when you buy cards to wash it’ll load the card. I was informed by Lexi you have to purchase them add the balance. I’m struggling like most everyone so $20 for laundry was not what I was looking for. I called to complain about it and explain that it’s not fair to residents. Lexi said she’s done all she can to make that point to her higher ups but unfortunately she couldn’t do much more. The system was the way the system was. However she called me back after 10 mins with some wonderful news of a card she found w/ $10 on it. She wanted to do all she could to replace the little money I lost. I had already spent the money on my card but it was a nice and thoughtful gesture that saves me $10 in the future. She’s truly a superstar for that. I wasn’t expecting anything out of her. I wasn’t calling to get the free cars. I was calling to inquire and complain for hopeful future change. Yet Lexi came off the bench and scored for me big time. She’s always been so helpful to me in the office aside from this. But this is above and beyond. I told her I was the laundry and she even came to drop it to me. All bad feelings and moods that I had previously are washed away because of her effort. I love Lexi!!

I have made appointments here and there at different apartments complexes and most locations fail to meet up with us or follow up. I set up a tour with Lexi at this location and she was super knowledgeable and able to answer our concerns. She did an exceptional job at touring us around the location. Definitely considering moving here.
