9,000 miles on my truck now with no problems at all they did good work and great job but they took little bit than they promise me i got stress out so i did start calling them to see update but only did not like that they never call me back for update but great place price is accurate no hidden fees highly recommended i will come back here if i do have any issue's with my transmission thanks Daniel dont forget to call me next time ..

We were in a position recently where we had to get a number parts for an old Allison transmission, and we had to get them quickly. The person who was supposed to find them for us couldn't/didn't.

I called around to suppliers all over the US and made the same request - I'll email you a parts list, but I need to know availability ASAP and to have the parts delivered within a couple of days.

Everyone seemed up for the challenge, but Jim at Dartco was the only person I spoke to who responded to my email. He was professional, courteous, and our sense of urgency - which I couldn't help but make his problem - didn't seem to phase him at all.

Our ship would be screwed without Jim and without Dartco, and we really appreciate him going the extra mile to get us going again.
