During my couple of years there, they had improved the grounds numerous times (including building 2 gazebos, adding gas grills, laundromat renovations).

The office manager Claudia and the Assistant Manager Maria as well as the maintenance staff are very reliable, competent and highly professionals. When we need help and requested for assistance, they immediately helped. The neighborhood are also helpful and respectful. They offered help when you asked for it. We always went on a trip out of town or states and we have peace of mind to leave our place for a week or more. We can call this home forever. We have always parking when we come and go. The amenities are great too. Our office personnel are great as well as the maintenance staff and incomparable to other apartments when it comes to management, amenities, parking, services and neighborhoods. Great Location. This place is improving. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

We've been here 3 years and have really nothing to complain about. It's a clean
quite and nice community. Management is very nice and always helpful when needed. There is security and always have workers on-site maintaining the place. My favorite part is there are no roaches, which apartments tend to have. I would recommend this apartment home to anyone.
