Only reason a 4 cause I don't live there yet. Went to see a 2brn and I must say it was nice. Well groomed grounds and quite. Really hope I get it.

I've been living here for over an year and let me tell you I've had the best living experience Constance and Nicole are always there for me my smallest request to biggest they always fixed everything I need in a timely matter the place is always clean we have 2 big pools and grills that are always kept clean its a safe place to live ..

My family is new here and i knew 100% this was it when we veiw the available unit for the 1st time. WE LOVE our beautiful 2bed 1bed remodeled unit. the whole management team maintenance, office managers are so great, professional, compassionate, easy to talk to you. we really want to shout out the leasing team Nicole and Constance for their service and hard work. you made my family's dream come true. your help means more than you will ever know.

I've been a resident here for 6 years plus. And I recently renewed my lease. I am happy with the outcome of my least renewal. With the help and support from the Assistant Manager Constance, the maintenance Armando, and Victor also the regional manager Luis. It's
peaceful here at Fairway

Current resident coming up on two years. Nicole is a great manager and has been doing a lot to improve the property and encourage community. The quad is well kept and the pool is always clean. They recently upgraded the pool area, and are working on the laundry facilities. The community could use more security in terms of cameras because the area is ripe with break-ins according to the next-door app and personal experience. One of the few pet friendly complexes that actually is gated. Lovely apartment complex with abundant greenery and totally worth it. Will review again when we know the move out process and get our first house, but as far as day to day life, it's good and the area is up and coming.
