Anne Quilantang is a very exceptional lady in customer service,
She is very kind and understanding and ready to help.
Otherwise she looks very gorgeous and presentable for serious office business.
I therefore don’t hesitate to recommend her for higher post even salary too.

I've been using AIMS Insurance for a lil over 2 years. Celeste or Celine was there when i 1st went....she is awesome. Im sorry to hear about her health & pray for her. I totally miss her face. Anne is there now, she is super awesome. Even when I've had a bad day or am having discrepancies with my payment...she is always right there helping me and going thru all the steps with me. She puts in extra effort when talking to the higher up about helping me get the best policy for an affordable price. Thanks Anne...it's always nice to see ur smile. Your a super funny lady with a big heart and patience that i really admire. I always walk out with the biggest of smiles, no matter how good or bad my day has been. I totally recommend this place. The insurance agaents always make me feel at home. If it wasnt for them I'd of left long time ago. Lol.
