  I manage about 275 employees and I am opening an office in the Louisville area this fall. I’ve been calling several apartment complexes to inquire about their properties, as I will need to relocate several employees. When I called Valley Farms, I spoke to a very kind woman named Yvonne. She seemed genuinely interested in how she could help my employees with their housing needs as I expand my business! She took an extra few minutes to offer her opinions regarding the city, and Kentucky, in general. Once I make the move and secure my office space, I will definitely be reaching out to Yvonne to assist my employees.   Ashley was such a BIG help for us! I am a realtor and really needed to help find a client a rental while they were in between homes and she was extremely helpful with all of our questions. She called back when she said she would and provided us with more info than we even asked for. Very impressed with her customer service. Thank you Ashley!!

  In considering a move to the Louisville area, our main concern is a nice apartment in a safe community. Yvonne was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It's also important for me to come in contact with nice people and she was great! The apartments are fabulous and are well maintained. I highly recommend!
