  We contracted with Chemfree a couple of years ago to come out and inspect our home and be our pest exterminatiors. They were prompt and on time with their appointment which right off the bat is something I appreciate. John S, the representive they sent, found several small infestations and treated them along with some repairs from dry rot
  John was not only a good worker, but a genuine good person who answered any and all questions I asked, did the work at our home cleaned up, and then has come out several times over the year to make sure all was well and to check for any possible new problem areas.
  Unlike our previous exterminators Chemfree has never tried to over sell and always gave us what I thought was very fair and reasonable prices for the work John performed.
  I am very happy with this business and have no problem referring them to my other family members, neighbors, and friends.

  I found Chemfree very easy to deal with. The crew that actually came to tent and treat my house were very efficient and polite. They kept to every appointment and the home office was very responsive.

  You don't know how good a company's warranty is until you need it. It appeared that their initial service was okay but the termites came back & Chemfree came back to finish the job. They do come on time & make the service personal. I'll be coming back should I need their service again.

  From the original estimate provided by one of the owners to the removal of the tenting, our entire experience with Chemfree was excellent. There was no pressure to sign up for additional services either now or in the future. The crew appeared professional and seemed interested in taking care of our house. The instructions for preparing our house were easy to understand. The foreman on the job was courteous and offered up suggestions on returning to our home after completion of their services. I would highly recommend Chemfree to our neighbors.
