  Dr. Ziad is super knowledgeable and puts in laymen's terms so its easier to understand; he's also super cool to talk to about life. I've been to another PT and they never took the time to address the problem as thoroughly as Dr. Ziad has. After my first visit, I knew that he runs his business with integrity and sound physical therapy science. Having issues with my shoulders and knees for the last 3-4 years, he has made sure to give me a full plan that addresses my imbalances and weaknesses. He also has never tried to sell me pseudo-science products. I 100% recommend Dr. Ziad as he does truly care about fixing your problems and has the knowledge and credentials to help you.

  Ignite Phyzio is the place to go for your rehab and performance needs! They're top notch in their assessment and treatment. After getting to work with Dr. Ziad, you won't find a much more genuine practitioner that will get you back to doing what you love. Couldn't recommend them enough!

  Z is the man!! If you are an athlete and want to come back from an injury bigger and better. Z is the guy for you. Highly recommend! He has been helping me with an ACL injury I had years ago. I have been making great progress and getting back to becoming a competitive athlete! Thanks Z for all you do!

  If you are looking for a Sports Physical Therapy Doc for you or your children, then look no further! Dr. Ziad is the BEST around! My 14 year old son is a pitcher for baseball and a sidearm pitcher at that. We have been carefully monitoring his arm to make sure he doesn't injure himself as he grows but it's inevitable that his muscles and joints begin to strain, causing him pain when he pitches. He began therapy with Dr. Ziad and the improvement of range and ability to perform is beyond hat he even thought he was capable of doing. There's only so much they can train the kids to do in high school and with Dr. Ziad he gets one on one personal attention to exactly what he needs and what areas need to be focused on.
  
  We have been to other trainers for pitching and they only focus on having my son pitch faster or tried to change the way he pitches, which was a huge mistake. He is naturally a sidearm pitcher and Dr. Ziad helps him embrace that by teaching him which muscles and exercises are the best for his form. Dr. Ziad also gave him a exercise plan to work on at home which is a MUST! This is like homework for his muscles so he doesn't slack off during the week and injure himself when it's time to pitch.
  
  We are very lucky and couldn't be happier with the results and the way Dr. Ziad helps my son improve everyday to become a better athlete!

  Z is the real deal! Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but he is extremely compassionate and sincere in his approach. He listens to what you have to say, thoroughly evaluates your range of motion and movement patterns and develops an effective plan of action. As an athlete, I am often in need of routine maintenance. I recognize the importance of keeping my body healthy so that I can continue to do the sport I love. I am thankful that Z acknowledges and understands my needs and wants, and works with me to help optimize my performance and minimize my pain. I initially came to see him for sacrolumbar pain that had flared up after a previous injury. Z has provided me with an evolving set of exercises as well as quality hands on treatment that have helped keep my pain at bay. While treating my back, he also took the time to address a shoulder impingement that I had worked around for about a year. After assessing my shoulder, Z provided a course of action for me to follow that involved stretching overly tight muscles and strengthening others that were underdeveloped. Within a few weeks, I was happily back performing exercises pain free that I had avoided for so long. If you are in need of a physical therapist, Z is an amazing choice! He will do whatever he can to make your experience convenient, enjoyable and effective!!
