Recently I had to have some crowns replaced at this office. My dentist retired & I was searching for a new dentist. My friends had recommended Dr. Pyun. I had been unable to eat/chew well because of sharp sensitivity. She informed me that I may have to have root canal treatments done on the teeth and I was really worried & could not decide whether or not I should go ahead with her recommendations.
All in all, I did not end up having to get any root canal treatments. The new crowns feel great & I can finally eat comfortably without avoiding that area!!
Dr. Pyun explained the whole process in detail (Before starting the treatment) & was really gentle.
Hopefully I do not need anymore crowns in the future...I want to give her two thumbs way up!!
Dr. Jaclyn is the BEST and I mean BEST dentist ever!!!! She has gone above and beyond from the start she wanted to make sure that I was ok and that nothing hurt and even went above and beyond by calling me the same night and next day to make sure I was doing O.K. with everything that was done I cannot say how grateful I am to have found her. I literally come from Victorville drive about Two hours and trust me if I lived further I would still come. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. Her Staff is amazing they are so nice and attentive to everything call the day before to make sure your going to be able to make it in and always have a great attitude when we walk in and have a nice conversation and just all around great people. I would definitely recommend coming here I hate dentist but this dentist office is the BEST!!!!!!!
Dr. Pyun took her time with me to explain everything about possible reasons for my jaw pain. The treatments were extremely comfortable with her professional dental skill ! Not only she completes the work but Dr. Pyun always make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with her work!

I cannot shout my praises loud enough for Dr. Pyun. I have been going here 7 years and my most recent visit confirms how truly caring and patient they are. I experience some dental anxiety especially if I need to have work done. Dr. Pyun and her assistant Kim, talked me through, were patient with me, answered every question and took care of me as though I were family. I cannot recommend this office enough, SERIOUSLY.
I have been coming to J P Family Dentistry for well over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I had been looking for a dentist who I was able to go to mainly because I had a slight phobia of the dentists office. However Dr. Pyun has always been kind, courteous, and professional with me and other people i have referred to her office. There is little to no waiting for your appointment and for the rare occasion she is tied up with another patient she will personally come out to the reception area and let you know of the situation. I have never in the 5 plus years that I have been going to Dr. Pyun's office felt like a customer because she genuinely cares about how you are doing. She even goes as far as calling you to make sure you are well after a procedure a few days after. I would HIGHLY recommend J P Family Dentistry to anybody who is looking for amazing care or was like me and was trying different dental offices. I plan on staying with Dr. Pyun as long as she is around.
