Very nice traditional place. We were debating on the eel but ended up with the course meal. In my opinion the course meal is fun but really not worth $65. It’s nice if you haven’t experienced it but most of the courses are tiny and not that tasty, feel like the small pancakes have the color but not the flavor, and quite empty and pasty and floury. Be cheap but not for such small portion sand high end pricing. There were 2 porridges which I thought was overkill and kill with the carbs attack. The beef is Stewy if you like that soft steamed fatty meat. I prefer grill. And raw slices were so tiny it’s hard to enjoy but flavor felt bland. The raw beef again was about a spoon size. It’s ok but nothing to drop dead for a spoon for. The 1st platter of veggies you wrap like a taco is a creative idea and mix of nice veggies but really so little. I think it equates to 2-3 banchan which aren’t that expensive a mushroom, sprouts, carrots, I mean you can be a little more generous here. The soup at the end is so so denjang. Big tofus no meat. 4 raw shrimps at the end is probably their star. Desert is some cheesecake homemade but it’s not too good. And then sugary drink way too sweet. $65 per person.

Food is good, feels very fancy but not many food I like to enjoy.
Love the atmosphere and it’s super chill, but service is a bit slow.

Private room is great for parties! Celebrated my MIlLs 80th birthday with about 35 people. The lowest level beef grill course was substantial. It doesn’t start that way because the appetizers (maybe the first 3 courses) are small, though elegant. Then the beef grill comes, then another porridge, and finally “the meal” after the bbq. If you’re not yet full after the bbq, the meal will top you off.

For the birthday person they brought a tray with a bowl of seaweed soup, rice, & banchan (a small pre bbq meal). This was a very nice touch!! Very appreciated since seaweed soup is a traditional food for birthdays.

They let the children in our party order from the doshirak selection. These saved us from paying the banquet price for the little ones. Also, the kids enjoyed their meals more than they would have had they had the banquet option.

For a small fee they provided the decorated table and backdrop. I added a balloon garland to hide the backdrop frame. We brought in a birthday cake and dduk.

It was all really great!! Perfect Korean patty.

Our first time here, didn't know you needed a reservation, but they were able to accommodate us within 10 minutes. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, helped us figured out what to order and helped us cooked the food. Honestly do not remember what we ordered, just know that it was delicious! Take their recommendations, they know what they are serving! Great place for date night.

This is your upgraded version of Kbbq. If you want a good atmosphere, attention to service this is the spot. We got several cuts and all of them were juicy and mouth watering. Definitely bring your loved ones, mom, anyone you care about showing a good Kbbq spot that they’ll end up being impress with.
Usually have to make reservations but I do believe they offer walk-ins. Just keep in mind it fills out pretty quick.

Parking: lots of parking and can be hard to find at first since you have to enter right away and make a quick right turn to enter. Next to other famous restaurants.
