A W E S O M E!
This was my first time trying Zumba and it was ridiculously fun. I love dancing, so this was a great workout, as it mixed different styles of dance and you never got bored.
The instructors were upbeat, can shake their booty, and really encouraging to just let it all out. :D
I appreciated the warm up song, and the 2 cool down stretch songs at the end as well. Everything in between was high-tempo and I really enjoyed the "old-fashioned" songs in addition to the modern ones! The class was an hour :)
I enjoyed Zumba so much that I took a look at their class offerings but unfortunately none had the time slot that was best for me since I get off work at 7 PM. Bummer! Might try the Booty Barre Plus since that's available on Saturdays :D
They have locations in both Costa Mesa and Anaheim Hills.
