Welcoming staff. I called before going to the shop to make sure they had what I was looking for. I wanted a key for my wetsuit when surfing that didn’t have electrics or a chip. They had the key I was looking for and took time to explain any questions I had about the key and the cost. The staff were kind and made sure the key worked exactly as expected for my car. Would recommend to anyone who especially isn’t looking to pay a premium for a driver to come out to your car if unnecessary.

I was told by two place (Ace and Home Depot) that my key can’t be duplicated, but they did it without any problem.

Got my key copied here and it only took a few minutes. 3 keys cost roughly $10, and I'm very happy with the service! I had previously attempted to go to one of those machines at the grocery store but it said it was a special key that would have needed to be mailed out to get a copy made. I'd have poor experiences before with the machines where the key didn't end up fitting right in the lock. Will definitely plan to go to this specialty store for my future key-copying needs.
