I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate and trust Armando and his staff to take care of me and my car. If you have been disappointed by shops that you know only see dollar signs when they look at you and your car, I am certain that Armando’s mission is to take care of people honestly and in the most cost effective way for his customers. If you are looking for a shop run with absolute integrity, you owe it to yourself to give Armando and his team a chance. You won’t regret it.

I made my appointment on their website the day prior for a tire rotation, alignment and an oil change. When I arrived, we went over all items I wanted done to my vehicle and then left after leaving my keys.

I received a text msg about 2 hrs later and shortly a phone call advising that my car was ready to pickup. When I arrived, my bill was ready after a couple of discounts from their website were applied.

I've been going to Pep Boys for over 15 years and have always had good service, fair prices and no problems with their work.

I have been on this( planet) ,Journey for a Mature length of time and Costa Mesa, ( Carlsbad, Santa Barbara ) are home, however this Genuine Compliment are for the 1950 Newport Blvd location and these Exceptional Team Players Kelly, Armando and Johnny, those names I missed, you are included !
First of all you got to show Love to your Automobile or it wont love you Back (Haha), I arrived a little after 9:00 am. this morning and these Pep Boys Technicians were on the same page, buying tires (4) and at this location they listen to customers ,don't try and sell you a service you don't need, nor any outraging labor costs this Pep Boys Team Players are 100% genuine, they keep it Real, thank you Team Players,
However this goes out to those that think these Google Reviews are BS, this is the Real Deal, so come on over to this Pep Boys Locations and see for yourself, normally and with inflation 4 tires will cost around $1,000-1,200., plus labor !!!
However ,this Pep Boys location is ONE of the Best, and Keep it Old School!
