  OUTSTANDING ! We are so happy we decided to try The Shade Store for our window coverings. From the moment we met our design consultant Dianna Stiewig , who was absolutely amazing, helpful, and very informative to our installer Steve who also did an amazing job , everything is beyond our expectations ! Their products are very high quality and very reasonable. We had a very challenging high french doors and Dianna helped us pick the perfect shade ! Thank you for everything and we can't wait to get started on our other windows.

  The Shade Store has excellent customer service and communication skills. It was a joy to work with a store that not only has an extraordinary product, but more imprtantly, listens to the customers needs, wants, and thoughts to enable them tp provide a product and service that is so important to your home design. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this store.

  I was referred here by my close friend who is an architect and designer, who had their product installed in her own home. We had an exceptional experience with everyone at The Shade Store especially Shannon. She was very knowledgable about the products and patient. She made the process as smooth as possible and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decisions. Having done the whole house it was a big investment but one that we are happy with. Installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional and did very clean work. Shannon was always very quick to follow up. We will definitely be using Shannon's services and The Shade store in the future. I would recommend to anyone whole heartedly.

  We had such a great experience here. Christa was phenomenal and helped us with an out of state move on new construction which had a few obstacles. Everything went absolutely flawless from the purchase to the installation. Very professional all around and would highly recommend to anyone. We love everything we purchased and the quality is fantastic!
