  Would like to address the review below of LY TU
  First LY has been a patient here for over 5 years. Her "patient blaming" reference is regarding her not taking responsibility for her own actions and going against medical advice. She has numerous treatment at Umedspa and great results.
  After her Vi Peel (which can be purchased on line) she decided to use TUCKS medicated pads on her face, it was explained to her not to use TUCKS since this is for hemmorhoids and not for freshly peeled skin.
  I have 4 days of texts and numerous conversations asking her not to use the TUCKS hemmorhoid pads on her face and neck and that she was potentially burning her skin. She felt that it was helping because it said "cooling pads".
  I again sent numerous messages explaining that TUCKS ingredients contains witch hazel and it is an astringent, and that she could harm her skin. She refused to follow instructions. I suggested cooling measures which is to use a cool compress, she used ice, again going against medical advice. I explained that she could burn her skin using ice directly on her neck. She replied that she didn't have a compress no one told her to buy one.
  I explained to her that a cool compress is a washcloth or small towel that you wet down. I tried my best to assist her but she continued to use the TUCKS medicated pads and be completely irrational asking me to prove that an astringent was wrong.
  Finally, her last text asked if she could use Preparation H?
  After 5 days of this during the covid pandemic she said she was better and had improved, apologized, and said I was the only one who helped her, explained how tired she was and post-partum.
  Explains all the hemmorhoid medication!
  Regarding the refund, she had purchased Juvederm for $500 to be used at a later time. She reversed the charges at her bank. We could not refund her because the charges were reversed by her, saying it was a "pregnancy medication" "that she never received".
  We offered the refund, she didn't ask for it. Her comment that "we love to lie" is ridiculous and nothing more than projection.

  My fiancé wanted to try IPL or some type of facial program to improve her skin and remove some age spots. After some research we decided an IPL was the best for her Asian skin and complexion. Next we began sleuthing websites for local businesses and eventually went to Groupon where we found plenty. Based on the location and reviews we decided to buy a multiple treatment package from UMedSpa in Costa Mesa.
  
  There was plenty of parking and we found the spa quickly. We were greeted and provided some standard paperwork and educated on the process. The first session was one hour but the follow ups are 30 minutes or less.
  
  My fiancé and I were thoroughly impressed with the staff, the process, and the results.
  
  After the first visit her skin was radiant but not burnt or sore. Slight improvements overall with a second visit upcoming in a few weeks with the hope that some age spots will fade even more. If this is your first time, like us, give UMedspa your business and you wont be disappointed. Ill update this review after the next couple of sessions.
