Sanuki Seimen Mugimaru

The Zaru Udon I ate had the flavor of chewy noodles. However, it would have been much better if there was radish among the ingredients to be added to the Udon dipping sauce. Next time, I hope they will provide radish to customers.

6/20/21: I was craving tempura so that's all I ordered. I loved the selection. The tempura was nicely fried and good flavor, unfortunately as it sits it loses its crunch so mine had started already to become soft and chewy.

I was disappointed in the amount of single use plastics and styrofoam being used.

This is the BEST spicy udon you can have anywhere in the world, except may be at Japan itself.
I repeat, this is THE udon to live and die for: the broth is rich, the meat cut is plenty, and the tempuras to go with it are just too good, fresh and crunchy
Oh, and they are also very cheap for the quality, less than $8 for an udon bowl.
MUST TRY. EVERYDAY EVEN, MAYBE

My favorite Udon place, solid. Always get the beef udon with egg, they’re always very nice.

The pinnacle of Tempura. Shrimp is a taste thrill. Onion is excellent.
