The Village at South Coast

My husband an I just moved in 5 days ago. So far I am loving it alot very peaceful here. Mario has helped us alot we were in a bad living position at our other place an he allowed us to move in sooner than what we signed for I am very grateful for that.

Re: former Maintenance Manager, Garrion Kindred

I am genuinely going to miss Garrion so much. He was simply wonderful. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as the Maintenance Manager.

After our last Maintenance Manager, Elias was unfairly fired, I was unsure if anyone would be able to “fill his shoes.” Elias was the absolute greatest addition to the Village. He set the bar for exemplifying the utmost professionalism, kindness, assistance, integrity, etc., and for a while, things just weren’t the same, until Garrion Kindred joined Village @ SC. This complex has had an unfortunate history of letting some of the best people go and/or leave. The overall turnover rate of employees makes it rather difficult to get to know the people who represent this complex and the Remm Group. This needs to change. It’s people like Elias and Garrion who make living here feel like home; familiar, safe and trustworthy.

Both Elias and Garrion are irreplaceable.
Any employer will be lucky to have them aboard. I hope that they are appreciated, respected and acknowledged for being such exceptionally honorable, hard working and dependable individuals.

Thank you Garrion Kindred for making Village@SC feel like home. Your presence allowed us to feel safe, your exemplary chivalry is immeasurable, and your remarkable dedication to offer as much help and assistance here will truly be missed.

I've never been happier to live in an apartment complex!! It's beautiful, the service guys always come the same day to fix anything, big or small,and the customer service from the office is amazing!! I'd recommend living here to everyone I know!

We simply love this place! Super nice and chill; relaxing and quiet. Dave, the property manager, is the best. He’s been very supportive and accessible from the day one and always there to helps out with any questions or concerns. Gary is a super friendly maintenance guy and is always there to fix and/or adjust anything you need.
Even tho we are still unpacking, as we moved here just few weeks ago, this place feels like home.
If you have a family or you are single this place is for you.
