I love OC Fitness Mama and I train with the Owner Stacy Rae, she is awesome and will customize your work out. If you have an ailment that prevents you from doing something she will give you an alternate option. She is very good and "fixing" you if you are not doing the exercise properly which is what I need. She is also motivating and wants you to succeed, she is very experienced and loves what she does. I go 3 x a week and it is a great way to start my mornings. Try it you WILL like it and the other ladies there, I have so many nice friends too.
