  Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are average but got a great deal for first 3 months. Overall its seems ok so far. Come check it out for yourself.

  Jessica was very accommodating. She took her time to show me the different storage spaces and she was very nice, very patient and listened to my concerns/preferences.

  I never normally do reviews, but I felt compelled and had to come on here due to the great customer service that Jessica (from the Cypress location) demonstrated towards me. I had some issues and had to make changes towards my storage and she did everything she can to help me out and really went out her way to provide quality customer service. I definitely recommend this location and cannot thank Jessica enough for all her efforts.

  We've only been using Stor-Mor for a few months now... We held a unit online (special rate) and called to verify. Sarah answered and was very friendly and helpful. When we went to the Cypress location, she took the time to help us pick out the right unit for our comfort level (looked at about 5 units). Did I mention our 2 kids under 5 were with us. hahaha. The paperwork itself took no time at all. So far this place is great! Set up the auto payment or keep a credit card on file, so much easier!!! We get email reminders and just call in to charge cc on file. I've talked to Jessica as well and shes very sweet and accommodating as well. Love that its gated and you need a code to get in and out.
