    Just left PCI. I am extremely happy with my experience. I went to their new location in Cypress and the store was very clean, well organized and the customer service was through the roof.

    The girl at the front desk was really nice, was able to look up the exact equipment I have and relayed that information to Brent (sales guy). Brent was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. I had tons of questions about everything from radio set ups, blower systems, helmet types, lenses, proper fit, and even had my girlfriend with me that needed a set up also. He spent a good long while with us going over EVERYTHING in detail. He had a great attitude and was an extremely nice and knowledgeable person. I give him 10 stars out of 5.

    He really took the time and patience to pull out many different helmets to find the perfect fit for each of us, making sure everything was in check. And for the audio he walked me through all the various options and even had a few good ideas to add on top of what I had in mind. He even drew a diagram for the wiring to make what I wanted to do work properly.

    My girlfriend and I had a phenomenal experience! We are 110% extremely satisfied customers.

    I highly recommend PCI. They know their stuff.

    This place is the best for quality and support, had a few minor issues and Alleigh A. took great care of us on multiple occasions. She is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you PCI.

    Great place to come get your HAM radio equipment. Not only that, they have great 'radio' set-ups for motorcycles plus UTVs too.

    Just be sure to stay away of Char-Lene Mis-Kick. She is oh-so-mean but in no way lean. As rude as they come, so be sure to stay clear!
