(October 12, 2020, 4:49 pm)Tina and her crew rock! They answered my call on a Sunday . It was my daughters first birthday and I had a whole obstacle course for a water balloon throwing event. Last minute and I had NO water balloons. me and my mom checked about four or five stores. Last minute I called them Tina answered or one of her crewmembers and they welcomed me on over where she supplied me with enough balloons to make the party happy!! thank you thank you thank you Tina and San Clemente water balloons!

(May 22, 2019, 1:45 pm)I was in a bind for graduation balloons on the day of graduation so I called SC Balloons. Tina went out of her way to help me and schedule a time around my schedule. The teacher decided to go a different direction with decorations. I forgot to cancel my appointment until Tina called me. I apologized and explained what had happened. She was very understanding and thanked me for considering SC Balloons. Excellent customer service!
