Amy is amazing. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about training. She knows when to push and when to avoid injury. She is always encouraging and motivated. Working out with her is never boring. Highly recommended!
So I met Amy through a friend of mine who was training with Amy, about a year ago, and shortly after I also began training with her! Amy is not only ridiculously knowledgeable when it comes to her expertise of the human body and how to properly train it, but she is also one of the kindest, most genuine and just wonderful women I know. I have been training with her for a while now and I could not be happier! She knows just the right balance when it comes to how far to push me, without going to far, and I am seeing results and could not bee happier! Do yourself a favor and try her out... She is so worth it and I am so happy we crossed paths!!

I have been going to Amy for many years! She has helped me post acl surgery, and with my balance and overall strength for soccer! It is a very good workout environment and I definitely would recommend for anyone in sports or just looking for fun workouts!!
