We had a estranged family member die. The body wasn't found for 2+ weeks and he had a giant hoarding problem. There was drastic damage due to the decomposition and following pest infestation.

Stacy's team was very quick to respond and inspect the site. She gave a quote which is a lot lower than other cleaning services. She took care of the whole place over a few days. Everything was cleared out and cleaned spic and span. She was able to get rid of most the decomposition odor.

I wasn't sure if insurance would cover it, she said we can work out a payment plan if it didn't.

Afterwards she took care of all the insurance issues and we only had to pay our deductible. Overall a very pleasant experience for times of trauma. Highly recommended.

Stacy and her team were amazing!!! We needed an urgent cleanup for our dear brother returning from the hospital. Time was of the essence. Stacy was super professional and kept us constantly updated on the clean up process. It was incredible how much they were able to clean up in such a short amount of time. They discarded a ton of old furniture and trash before they even started cleaning. BCT went above and beyond in service and made what would be a rather difficult process very easy and efficient. You're in good hands if you're with Stacy! Stacy's team even made sure our pet "Duggie" was safe during the process.
