I found that Compassionate Care Hospice was very much as their name implied, Compassionate. As an RN myself I appreciated the professional and caring attitude of each of the staff that helped my mother. From John the case manager who responded to all of my calls promptly and efficiently to Steven the nurse who called me with a report after each visit with my mom , to the bath aides and social worker and physical therapists , who each truly" cared" for my mother. They were able to address each need as they arose and help make her more comfortable. I recommend Compassionate Care if you are looking for a thorough and caring staff for your loved one.

My mom recently passed, and the entire experience of her final weeks and days was made so much more dignified by Compassionate Care Hospice. I do have a recent point of reference to another hospice provider for my mother-in-law and can attest that Compassionate Care exceeds in quality, expertise, professionalism, compassion and follow through. From Stephen, the hospice nurse, to John, the case manager, to Ivy, administrator, and Sandra the social worker. The team is a well-oiled machine. Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, tender-hearted and empathetic. I can't imagine my mom in the hands of any other hospice provider. They do everything for your loved one that you wish you could do. My family and I consider ourselves so fortunate to have found them. Major kudos to the whole team.....they truly know the meaning of dignity.

Writing this on the same day of my grandma's passing because I seriously could not recommend this group enough. From our first inquiry call with Mary to our experiences with the beautiful Erika and Vivian, Compassionate care truly filled my grandmother's last days with laughter, warmth, and empathy. Thank you so much Compassionate Care, we've been with some mediocre hospice services before, but your efforts to help our family will forever be remembered in our hearts.

This is our third hospice company since we casually switch to one hospice to another. Although there are several hospice companies, we stayed with Compassionate Care Hospice because of their excellent and genuine service. I could not fathom how an external personnel could care much for a person. We are fairly new with them and I am wholeheartedly satisfied on how they take care of my sister. I appreciate so much her fantastic nurse, Marlyn! Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed! What a pleasure to know this person. They are so great, kind and knowledgeable!
