Physical Therapy Fountain Valley - In Motion O.C.

To start, Alex at the front desk always greets everyone with a kind sweet smile and makes sure we are all set up with our appointments and is eager to help work around any schedule changes. Kristin is awesome and makes sure her patients are well informed and have just the right therapy and exercises needed to strengthen and improve pain/injury. Her assistant is efficient and sweet making sure everyone properly does there exercises and that they do them for as long as they are supposed to! Fantastic experience everytime!!

I would get really bad, constant headaches and had so much neck stiffness that I decided to get treated at this PT clinic based on the reviews. So glad I went here! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so kind. Alex, who works the front desk, always greets me when I come in and is helpful with making/rescheduling appointments. The PT aides are also great and do a fantastic job of helping me through my exercises. Zuri is so attentive and cues very well to make sure the exercises are done correctly, which helps out a lot. The PT, Dr. Kristin, is amazing! From my first visit/eval to now, she’s been so helpful! She’s so friendly and personable that it makes my PT visit more enjoyable. She‘ll answer any questions that I have and answers thoroughly so that I can understand more of my injury. She has provided me with different methods to deal with my headaches (cervical snags, thank you haha). I definitely would recommend this PT clinic because it’s a nice and fun environment, and Dr. Kristin can really help with your injury!

Highly recommend! I researched many physical therapy places nearby and I am so happy I went with In Motion OC for my ACL injury. Kristin Meily is a very talented physical therapist who really cares about the health and well-being of her patients. Overall, the whole staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. They have been my cheerleaders since my injury.

I recently had a sports injury and found myself asking my primary doctor for a referral to a Physical Therapist after he informed me I have an inner hip issue and would need therapy. I was LUCKY enough to be referred by my doctor to "In Motion - OC" and more specifically my Physical Therapist, Kristin M.! I have spent my entire life as a multiple sport athlete but I have been blessed enough to have never needed therapy until recently. I was so incredibly impressed by initial set up for my paperwork and appointments by Alex, who handled all of my administrative needs & scheduling. She was so professional, friendly and always super accommodating which made things so simple. I was then introduced to Kristin, my therapist, and really had no idea what to expect. She patiently walked me through the entire process and then we began the physical healing of my hip joint. I felt from the very beginning I was in GREAT CARE and she knew exactly what she was doing! I started to immediately feel relief from a very painful and consistent issue with my hip. Kristin was always asking me how I was doing physically and always inquired how I was doing in my personal life without being invasive, she just simply CARED which meant so much to me. I quickly became very comfortable with the staff and the entire process on my road to recovery. I ended up graduating the entire process and Kristin took me from constant pain to 100% relief and no lingering issues in just a matter of weeks! I most certainly HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kristin, Alex and the entire In Motion - OC team at the Fountain Valley therapy center to anyone looking for professional, caring and expert level individuals who provide a warm atmosphere for healing! I will be back to see them as I have felt a sense of belonging and a warm, welcoming, family style environment if I need any further assistance in the future...which I am sure I will because life is a journey and I plan to go after it! AMAZING! I was referred to In Motion OC by two friends as well as my PCP for neck/shoulder pain. PT has totally changed my life!

I was definitely nervous my first appointment but Dr Meily completely reassured me. Over the last month, my symptoms have dramatically improved. Dr Meily is very kind and attentive. She goes above and beyond every session and I really appreciate it.

The location is great too; very clean, tons of free parking, and lots of scheduling availability. The clinic secretary is also very kind and receptive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone !
