(January 19, 2018, 12:53 pm)I took a tour of here and sanitation district and wow what a difference to actually see how the process works. It will totally change your mind on how everything is being processed and recycled for efficient water use. For science! If you ever get a chance to take a tour of these facilities, please do not hesitate. They explain everything during the tour even on how the sanitation runs downward to the facility from all Orange county cities. The engineering is brilliant. Overall a great experience from some great people giving the tour. Thank you everyone!

They recycle wasted water and inject it back into the earth below the city, to later be pumped back as a drinkable water.
You are able to see the whole process of collecting and recycling the water.
They have tours available to schools and groups
