1 on 1’s are great and a must if you want to achieve your boxing or fitness goals. The coaches are very knowledgeable and respectful.

Bring your kids, your wife, your ex. Everyone is always treated well.

KS Fitness is one of my favorite places to spend time. The classes are definitely challenging, but Kadeem and the other trainers keep you laughing the entire way through. The boxing that's incorporated in to each class is a great way to let out some steam and aggression, and I've never left a class feeling unsatisfied. Kadeem will constantly challenge you to push your limits and is truly the epitome of a great trainer. It's a great place for anyone at any level, and I highly suggest to anyone in the OC area to give it a shot.

KS Fitness is definitely an awesome training gym with great trainers/ motivators. They help you get through the intense workouts & support you to reach your goal as well as dominating the training that you go through. An awesome, fun, great, optimistic environment & experience. I love this place!!! The gym is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to workout. Trainers and members are highly motivated, supportive and help you work towards your goals. Kadeem (owner/ trainer) is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about fitness and knows how to get you to your fitness goals.
This gym is for everyone, classes are spread out throughout the day, and there are even classes offered for kids!
Definitely worth trying out!
