  I have known Marina for many many years and would have to disagree 100% with anything Cory Hall stated in his review in regards to the way she handled the sell. Reading his review it sounds as if he has a lot of personal issues with the way the estate was handled and that it was not with the real estate agent or with Marina but more with family and a lot of personal issues. Marina had been nothing but fantastic with any property I've ever dealt with I have referred her many many times over to many friends and family to sell their homes and if they are looking to buy a home she's been nothing but fantastic and is a hard worker seven days a week and always available. All I can say is it if I was going to buy or sell a home I would go with Marina 100% all the time she is fantastic hard-working spunky and has a great attitude and always willing to go above and beyond that is something that all of us can use in a great real estate agent!

  I could not have asked for better agent than Marina. She was exceptionally aware of the local neighborhood market as far setting a price for my home; helped me get through the process of preparing the home for proper showing; had excellent company references for professional services to prep the house; and stayed in excellent communication with me throughout the entire process. I'd give her six stars on her rating if I could.

  I could not ask for a better realtor. Marina sold my Whittier house seamlessly and with no complications whatsoever.   Marina was able to sell our home the first weekend it was on the market, even getting us above the asking price. After selling our home, she found us a great new home in our preferred neighborhood. Her service did not stop with the sale and purchase of our home. Since moving in, she provided multiple referrals to some great contractors to assist with some renovation projects that we decided to undertake in our new home.
