(January 8, 2019, 10:10 pm)I just started boot camp a couple months ago and I love it! I’ve never been the best at sticking to a workout routine but Curtis keeps me motivated to keep coming back and I am definitely feeling a difference. The workouts are 30-45 minutes but very challenging. I usually go for the 5:30am class and it’s a great way to get your day going. What’s even more motivating is the people that come have been coming for years so you know that’s a good sign!

(July 11, 2018, 9:40 pm)Curtis - already just one week I lost 10 pounds and my co-workers were shocked when I went to work today. I’ll write back when I hit 20 pounds !! Great working outdoors too!!
7/2 Checking back in - another 5 pounds lost this week !! And a suntan while doing it .
7/11- hit the 20 pound mark today !!!! Thanks for keep pushing me Curtis ! -

(June 19, 2018, 9:19 am)I have been with Curtis 18 years and he is number one. I am 74 yrs. & still in good shape due to his great training & the people at training I have met. Also following his nutrition plan. Love Bootcamp 5:30 am workout.

(June 18, 2018, 10:04 pm)Curtis is the best trainer ever! Been training with him for a few years after my two kids and his training has made such a huge difference! No more flat butt and toned arms. It’s nice to get weight training and cardio in all at once. Would highly recommend!

(June 16, 2018, 12:11 pm)I'm a 6, maybe 7 year member...and have NEVER have followed an exercise program so consistently. Just completed 6 days this week! Curtis is a natural teacher--always positive, creative, adjusting workouts on the fly. I'm a college educator and Curtis is one of my teaching role-models! Results? My years as a college athlete are long past, but 2 weeks ago I hiked 10 miles, 2100' up, with a sledge hammer and a backpack full of rocks, and still had enough energy to run past a bear on the final stretch (true story)...I fully credit Curtis for getting me in the shape I need to be to live my life as I want. And...it's fun! Thanks Curtis!!
