  I would like to express my compliments to our immigration attorney, Evelyne Hart who did a fantastic job handling our immigration case. Very professional and always promptly responding to any questions we had. Kind of like some good fairy, that during the most challenging times, made us feel secure, that everything will be alright.   Evelyne Hart was a God send to my family. My husband and I have been fighting this immigration battle for the last six years. We’ve been through 3 previous attorneys who led us down the wrong path. Until meeting Evelyne we really thought my husbands life was going to end. But the minute Evelyne got her hands on our case she took it by the reins. We had a very complex case that all Other attorneys had turned us down for. But Evelyne didn’t she kept fighting with us. She never made false promises and we worked together to fight this battle.   Attorney Hart did a fantastic job handling my family's immigration case. She was always available to be contacted via email and phone.   First of all, I want to Thank Evelyne Hart for my bottom of my heart for her hardwork, dedication and continuous support throughout the process.
  
  I came to United States on a marriage based conditional Green Card visa. Before 2 years to complete, my marriage ended in divorce. So, I was left with no hope to make a live in United States. I already planned to go to my home country. I met few other attorneys but I did not get satisfied. But on June 1, 2017, I met Ms. Hart on her office. The appointment was for 1 hour but after I started talking, it took almost 3 hours and she was patience listening, making notes and asking questions to clarify her doubts.
  
  Numerous times, she made corrections to affidavits and various other documents. She submitted the case well in advance with perfectly indexed for USCIS ease of going through the case. Unfortunately, I received RFE. She did not lose hope and asked me to take a Psychological Evolution which added weight to my case. Then I received interview notice. She prepared me well in advance and kept her hope which gave me confidence. She accompanied me to the interview and I was nervous but she helped me go through it like a normal process. Finally, she called me on a Wednesday to say the news I have weighted to hear about for 2 years about my case was approved.
  I never forget that day and my family and I, forever in debt and grateful to Ms. Hart.
  
  I hope she continuous her success and the almighty keeps her with abundance of health and wealth.

  Evelyne was there to answer all of my questions. I did not have to deal with assistants or deal with long delays. She makes herself readily available for all of her clients. She was very fast to respond to me and I didn’t experience any push backs. 
  She is very kind, knowledgeable and knows everything that there is to know in terms of immigration law. If either of those areas apply to what you're looking for, than look no further.
  
  With all of that being said I can recommend her to anyone I know.
