Dr. Lu has been nothing but amazing. She will take the time to make sure she can help you, not just pass you along and throw meds at you; she gets to the root of the problem.
Dr Lu is so compassionate and kind. I first came to her a couple years ago and was just an emotional wreck. While she isn't a psychiatrist, she has been more effective in helping me with things than any of the psychiatrists I've seen. She is willing to take a moment to listen and truly consider what is being said. Being heard is one of the the most important, and difficult to find, qualities in a healthcare professional. She's is very knowledgeable and I trust her very much. I am lucky I found her. When looking for a new doctor, she is the exact kind of doctor anyone hopes to land with.
