I have dealt with a few different dealership's service departments.
And for the most part, have no complaints about any. But now due to the great customer service (especially Mike Chilcote & Krista going above & beyond to help me), I must ride from Burbank to Fullerton for my service needs!
Even in my specific situation which included having to deal with the insurance carriers & supplemental damage issues, Mike & Krista took care of everything.
They make a point to make sure your needs are met & that you are happy, completely. On multiple occasions Mike smoothed out issues, even issues beyond their control & not their fault!
Despite how busy Mike or Krista may be, they make sure to keep you well informed.
