The resident manager, Anny, is extremely professional, nice and full of information. She made moving in painless and effortless. A+, gold star, 5 stars for Anny and her team!

(September 5, 2018, 2:34 pm)I waited 3 months to write this review because in my experience the first month is always great and then it slowly fades and problems arise but I must say Anny the new manager here at La Madera apartments really is working to make improvements and keep a nice and clean property and comfortable living place.
When I inquired for a 1 bedroom apartment I was given all very clear and specific information from Anny. Prior to moving into La Madera I spent about 4 months looking for a decent apartment and other properties I visited I did not like there was always something wrong either it was dirty or extra fee's and/or infested with bugs but not here at La Madera.
I met with Anny and right away I liked the property and deposit/rent was fine (considering we live in California) and we talked about move in date. Anny had the best patience with me and my move in. I had an issue and had to change my move in date and while I was panicking thinking maybe they won't be able to hold the apartment for me, she did. Move in was smooth and if anything needs fixing I let Anny know right away and she responds in a timely fashion and maintenance is notified and in my experience my problem is fixed within 24hrs. The property has been looking better and maintained clean. Initially when I moved in the Gardeners came once in July and once I'm July but in the last month they have been here often and that is also important considering it's a pet friendly community. So far I'm happy and pleased and I know if I have a problem or question I can bring it up to Anny and she will assist the best she can, it's nice to feel like you're the only person she's helping. -

(March 29, 2018, 2:35 am)Ever since the new manager took over living in this complex has been great! I had multiple issues at my apartment that our previous manager never "got the time" to take care of, and this new girl took care of all of them in a timely manner. Very professional and always in her office during work hours (the old manager Blanca was never there!), she actually listens and cares about what I have to say, takes my complaints serious. She stays on top of things and takes great care of the whole place: it's cleaner, looks more appealing than before... I was ready to leave when my lease was up, but now I want to stay and will be renewing it for sure. My apartment is very nice and spacious, great price too. Very pleased with the changes and new management
