(June 22, 2021, 7:40 pm)They accepted me in my last minute check in due undergoing emergency in placement to stay. They agreed to let me stay for one night with 2 full day payment. Early check in but I could tell the staff is stressed at sometimes. Thank you for letting me stay.

Anyone that stays at the Best Western in shepherdsville will be treated like Kings. Also I wish I could live there the rest of my life it's so convenient for everything around you that you would ever need.

(October 20, 2020, 4:28 am)We stopped here on our way to Ohio. The staff was extremely friendly-offering help and assistance. We were told that if we dined at the Denny's across the street that we may show them our hotel card to receive 15% off. Once the kids went to sleep we were able to enjoy a drink in the lounge. The entire faculty was spotless & the beds were so comfortable. We ate breakfast in the morning. It was hot, delicious & the perfect start to our day. Thank you Sheperdsville!
