The Bar Method - North Dallas

Shout out to Brian! I’ve lived in the area for about 3 years now. I have used this location’s services probably 6 times between moving, needing a trailer to pull my motorcycles, and other needs. Every time service is great, even in last minute needs. This morning I was having a mini crisis, not much for others but it’s been quite the week and my tire popped on Sunday which didn’t allow me time to get it fixed before work. I changed to the spare tire which was a little flat and went to 4 gas stations to pump air which lead to it letting all the pressure out. I was panicking and the tire place wasn’t open, so I pulled up to the good ol trusty Uhaul and was greeted by Brian. He listened to my problem and said he would help. He pumped air into the flat spare and I was on my was to get new tires 30 miles away. The day has been turned around to the bright side ☺️

Liz and her instructors are the best! I love The Bar Method because, as a beginner, it was easy to catch on and have a great workout. Then, as I have become more seasoned I find I push myself a little further every week. I feel stronger and more confident after every class. Thanks Liz & Team! ?

I love the Bar Method work out. It works your entire body and is great for strengthening and improving your posture. The North Dallas studio is really nice. Super clean, distanced and safe. The instructors are excellent. They help you through the entire class to ensure you are doing the exercises safely and getting the most from your hour. Now I look forward to exercise.

I’ve been going here almost since they’ve opened and noticed my body becoming strong and more flexible. I love the staff and instructors here. They provide clear direction during class to make sure you don’t hurt yourself and get the most out of Bar Method. Never have I thought I would get into a community like this, but I love it!

The Bar Method in North Dallas has been a great experience! My body continues to feel stronger, and I have increased flexibility. Liz and the instructors are encouraging, provide feedback to ensure the exercises are being done correctly, and the staff knows everyone by name.
The staff has also done an outstanding job supporting social distancing by having the mats already separated 6 feet apart, ensuring everyone is wearing their mask into and from the building, and providing hand sanitizer.

I rent trailers from this location on a regular basis. Customer service is always on point. Highly recommend this location! Well done guys!

I have been going to this location since they opened . The workouts are exactly what i need, especially sitting at a desk all day.
The staff has been amazing throughout this whole Covid 19. At first I was a little nervous but after seeing the precautions they take I feel much safer working out here than a gym. The studio is super clean and it is set up to where everyone is separated in the their designated areas. They sanitize everything after class and have sanitizer available. I love that the studio has been so accommodating during this time.
I go about 4 times a week and feel more stronger than the previous day. After my first week I could already feel a difference!
Thank you Bar Method for being as solid as your planks! See you tonight for another class!

This location seemed a little bit busy, maybe it’s because it’s off the freeway. Very convenient with a gas station across the street, and a Starbucks next-door. Customer service was very very good. They have great selection of moving of moving equipment. I recommend this location.
