Great place to go for service on a specialty printer. They helped me diagnose it over the phone. Then They had me bring it to there store to test it again and then fixed it for a very reasonable price. Why buy new when you can buy a used printer with such good service behind it!

An awesome place to get pre-owned specialty printers. I got a great tabloid laser there (they don't make that kind anymore) -- they take really great care of their stock, and run a great business. I bought one that didn't work with my operating system and they were very kind about helping me troubleshoot over the phone. I ultimately had to bring it back when we determined that it wasn't working with my operating system, and they found me a new one that works like a charm!
