As first time buyers, there is no one else I'd recommend more than Frank. He walked with us through the entire process and never stopped answering our endless questions.. and believe me our questions were endless. We requested multiple phone calls to go over the same things and he always made time, answered patiently, and never ever made us feel like we were being silly for triple checking anything that came to mind. He showed us multiple houses month after month to the point I feared he would get tired of our pickiness, but he never showed an once of complaint. He never made us feel pressured to make decisions and let us take our time even if it meant more working time for him. He was always level headed, gave us the facts, gave us his opinions through his wealth of experience, and helped us every step of the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Frank and I've already told him he better be working still in 8-10 years when I may buy again!
We went through escrow twice - and the first time the sellers were being wishy washy and ultimately decided not to sell. Frank made sure we were protected, got all of our earnest money deposit back, PLUS got us some extra money back to cover for expenses such as inspections and appraisals (we got more than enough to cover what we actually paid). He definitely fought for us every step of the way.
The house we ended up purchasing was a house that wasn't even on our radar. But Frank set up a tour for us to see multiple houses he selected based on what he had seen we had liked. We decided we wanted to put in an offer for one of those houses and Frank suggested a much lower number than the asking price. I didn't think we'd get it in this market (this was before the fast interest rate hikes), but we got our offer accepted and the rest is history.
Frank didn't stop once escrow closed - he continues to check in on us, gives amazing references for any type of work we want to do (i.e. HVAC, Plumbers, Contractors, Countertop guys, Floor guys, etc.), and has stayed connected to make clear that he is there to help beyond making a sale. We truly felt he was on our side and he definitely knew what he was doing. Thank you Frank!
