(October 22, 2022, 1:31 pm)Great small studio the maximizes the available space. 5 reformers with TRX bands and spin bikes. Teachers are well trained, friendly, and attentive to students. The owner also teaches and clearly cares for her students and teachers. They all want to give you results! Pilates classes are great, and they also offer mixed circuit with varying levels of intensity. Yay for a great studio on this side of town!
