Oh my goodness, I cannot even describe how amazing this place is.

There's a little parking lot that might turn into valet but you can find street parking pretty easily.

La Pergoletta is a classic, rustic and charming Italian place. The vibe inside is incredibly cute, homey and cozy. The service is quick and friendly. The waitstaff is always ready to answer questions about the menu which I really appreciated.

TRY THE BURRATA! It's amazing! This was the first time I've ever had it and the bar is definitely set high. I love their menu concept because it allows you to pick and choose your noodle type with the sauce of your liking. If you like mushrooms at all, I HIGHLY recommend their creamy mushroom sauce. I've never had anything so creamy and decadent in my entire life.

I cannot wait to come back to this place and try their other sauces!

This is some of the best coffee I have had in my life. They are known for their filter coffee but the espresso is so bright and flavorful--and I typically prefer pour over/filter. I was in London for three days and, though I tried other highly rated cafes around the city as well, kept returning to Monmouth each day. On my final day I just had to buy a bag of coffee to take with me and it is the most fragrant coffee in the best way. I kept having to take a whiff of the bag during my travels home from London!

Very safe operation during COVID. It of course is a touristy spot but the food is well worth it with the views. Mel our server honestly made the entire experience. Despite a busy night he made us feel like the only table he was attending to. Such a kind and welcoming experience thanks to him! If you do definitely ask for him as your server!

Great late night eats option! I came close to 11pm on a weeknight and was seated right away. We ordered the pork dinner and the cuts of meat were delicious! The staff was friendly and very helpful as they would cook the meat for you.

I selfishly don't want to leave this review. This place just opened up at a change of ownership and name during COVID. I always like to try new spots and have a great to support local small businesses especially right now. Our neighborhood friends had tried and told us it was good so we have it a whirl.
Let me say that the service was awesome and the food was delicious. Also since it's new it was not short busy, which I great will rapidly change, because these folks are doing it right.
We went for breakfast. Everyone got a breakfast burrito mine was with bacon and there's was a ton of bacon, my wife got sausage, and one of our kids got the vegan option (veggie burrito with no cheese) which was filled with guacamole! She loved it. We all loved it. They even have cinnamon coffee!
I highly recommend you give this place a try. We'll be grabbing lunch there soon to explore the menu.
