This was the best way to do a vacation! They planned everything and had everything lined up, including excursions, taxis, transfer rides, ferry rides, and so much more! When we ran into some problems with one of the excursion companies and we requested a refund, they worked hard to get us part of our money back and also booked another excursion for the one we missed. They are a great company! Highly recommend booking your vacation through them!🏝️

I had a great experience planning my husband’s 50th birthday trip with this company . Lisa listened to everything that we wanted and put together the perfect package to Tahiti for us. She was extremely responsive to all our questions and addressed any concerns we had in a timely fashion. To say Candice Webster is the best travel agent is an understatement. We booked our honeymoon with her and Tahiti.com to Bora Bora during COVID times. She always kept us up to date with clear instructions on what was needed for travel so that it was a seamless process. The accommodations were beautiful and perfect from day one. Everything was so well thought out. We ran into two hiccups while there- the first being an eye infection. We were able to get into the local doctor but was told not to do our excursion the next day as it was mostly in the water. Candice worked so quickly in getting ahold of the company and ended up getting us a full refund. The second hiccup- my husband tested positive on the way home for COVID (luckily it was false positive) but we ended up having to rebook a different airline so we could get home the next day. Candice worked so hard; even 2 months after our return home, so that we could be refunded for the flight we didn’t take. I couldn’t imagine the hoops she had to jump through but I’m so very thankful for her. Thank you so much Candice. You’re the best!!!

Tahiti.com and our travel agent, Joseph, made our trip so seamless! I have never had an international trip run so smoothly. Every detail was thought of and perfected. Every transfer for flights and excursions was planned down to the minute and we never had to wait. I couldn’t have ever planned this trip without Joseph and wouldn’t recommend going there without booking through this agency. He was able to get us resort bundles and save money that we may have never known possible. We met a multitude of other couples there that planned the trip themselves and wished they hadn’t. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! An easy 5/5 stars.

Best travel agent I have ever worked with. I looked around for several different resorts and their respective travel agents and Tahiti.com was by far the best. Amalia was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I were planning our honeymoon(slight delayed due to COVID) and she was able to help out with every aspect. The itinerary she set up for us was awesome. We were able to pick and choose other options as well and she was able to accommodate everything for us. As far as the resort, it was recently updated and was worth every penny. It's truly a dream come true. If you're thinking of going to Bora Bora, the Le Bora Bora is a great option, especially for budget, and use Tahiti.com to arrange everything for you. It was the best, worry free experience we've had traveling anywhere.
