This has been the best place for my daughter. Always patient centric, engaged, parental education, and great family therapy in tandem with treatment of our daughter. My daughter has been through residential, PHP, and IOP, and all three phases of treatment she has been given a great level of care and we have received the support the we needed. I highly recommend ERC for treatment of eating disorders. They literally have put my daughter's life on track.

This place has literally saved my child’s life. They’ve been in treatment in CA, MA, VA, over the past two years and now heresy ERC Plano. They know what they’re doing. Listen to and trust them. COLLABORATE but let them be the expert on ED while you remain the expert on your child. My only negative is the school education piece is lacking but it’s a small price to pay for the level of treatment. (Some treatment centers don’t address education at all).

Eating Recovery Center is changing lives here in Dallas and I am very glad to be on their team! Since joining the ERC team, I have learned so much about eating disorders and the various treatment models and options being offered to our patients. I have experienced extensive training from experts in the field and supported my peers employed elsewhere to take advantage of the many CE opportunities offered each year and to even join the team as well. I feel confident in my employment choice because it warms my heart to know that my teammates are providing that type of care, comfort and support to the individuals whose lives we touch.

While working with alumni, I get to connect with people and hear the ways that staff made a difference in their recovery journey. I have referred multiple friends, and family members to receive treatment from ERC because I believe in the work we are doing here. I have no reservations about referring my loved ones to receive treatment at ERC.

I went to ERC for a severe eating disorder. I was treated with the most respect and kindness. My team worked with me and never gave up hope for me to overcome this battle. Even though it was rough sometimes I got though it. Out of all the treatment centers I’ve been too, this was by far the best. I actually got to talk to my parents and family for more than 10 minutes everyday and actually see their faces. I highly recommended ERC Dallas/Plano to anyone struggling. It gave me hope and a future. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses and all the staff that took the time to talk to me and get to know me!!!!! Forever grateful for you!
