The quality of their product is what you would expect from a specialty bakery and they always are on time with your order. Cynthia is extremely accommodating and generous! I can't say enough positive things about her and The Cake Box!

(June 5, 2019, 8:28 pm)I ordered a special-requested carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for my son's graduation party. The cake was better than was expected. The cake itself was dense and spongy, not crumbly, and not super sweet. The cream cheese frosting was not overpowering in flavor, but had a thick, creamy texture that complemented the cake so well! I was told when I picked it up that it was a carrot cake in a different style than what is common. Everyone that ate it (not everyone loves carrot cake - it's ok 0 more for us!!) LOVED it! It was delicious! Scrumptious...Also, the cake decoration was simple and elegant, as was the decoration requested by my son. The service was prompt (cake was ready on time) and friendly and the owner, Paul, was very communicative and personable throughout the ordering process. Everything at The Cake Box either met my expectations or exceeded them. I highly recommend this bakery, especially if you're looking for a special cake that is outside the norm. They do excellent work here!
